COER University, originally established in 1998 as the College of Engineering Roorkee (COER) by the Seth Roshan Lal Jain Trust, has evolved into a premier multidisciplinary institution recognized for its academic distinction. Guidelines for Abstract Submission
Abstracts submitted for conference should be original, previously unpublished and not under consideration for publication elsewhere. Abstract must be original and maximum 250 words with title authors and affiliations. It should include at least 5 key words with Times New Roman Format, 12 point and 1.5 spacing.
Publication Opportunities
All accepted and presented papers will be considered for publication in conference proceedings. Selected high quality papers may be recommended for publication in Scopus indexed/peer reviewed journals with an Additional APC.

- Only selected abstracts will be considered for oral presentations.
- The last date for submitting the abstracts for poster presentation is 9th April, 2026.
- The corresponding authors will receive communication regarding the acknowledgement and acceptance of the oral presentations of their submission(s).
